PAYMENTS, BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
Payment can be made through our booking engine via credit/debit card, by bank transfer, or in person.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 month in advance.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking inside the house.
- Parties or stag/hen dos are not permitted. No loud music after 00:00h. The house is created for a peaceful atmosphere.
- No pets allowed. We love them, but we have taken such great care of everything that we wish to avoid any misunderstandings with their behaviour or needs.
- Please be mindful of excessive use of water and electricity, keep the environment clean, and use the bins provided. The house is environmentally friendly.
- In short, please behave as you would in your own home; every detail has been cared for everyone’s enjoyment.
Interiors
The house has 6 individual bedrooms, each with two 105 cm beds and a private en-suite bathroom. Linens and towels are provided for every guest. Each bedroom boasts a unique design that gives it a distinct character.
The living room and kitchen are fully equipped and open-plan, creating a very spacious and bright area that offers a comfortable and pleasant place to share. Although it is a single space, there are distinct zones, such as the kitchen area, a reading nook, the dining area, and a TV lounge (the house has Wi-Fi).




Exteriors
Step outside and you will find a spacious porch, furnished with comfortable and suitable seating for groups. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the marvellous views of the reservoir and the surrounding nature, creating various areas for relaxation. You will also find a swimming pool, a barbecue, a poolside bar, and a music system. Sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower, and an outdoor bathroom are also available. Furthermore, the house has direct access to the reservoir, allowing you to enjoy our kayaks and paddleboard (there is a private ramp).

This is one of the areas in Extremadura that belongs to the list of wetlands of major international importance established under the Ramsar Convention, alongside sites like the Tablas de Daimiel.
Three Blue Flags
The Orellana beach has been awarded a Blue Flag as a symbol of its excellent facilities and clean waters. It also holds the Blue Flag for marinas and for its hiking trails (Sendero Azul).
Unique Surroundings
Flanked by the Sierra de Pela and the Sierra del Castillo, this 37-kilometre-long reservoir ends at a dam near Orellana la Vieja.
