Rural house situated on the banks of the Orellana reservoir, Extremadura, on a plot of 5000 m2, with 448 m2 of usable space and ample private parking. Capacity for 12 people in its entirety. Ideal for family gatherings and friends meetings.
Encantos de Orellana is a delicate, well-kept house, isolated from the town centre, surrounded by pure nature and unique landscapes. From the point of view of sustainable rural tourism, the house generates its light by solar panels, and its heating, cooling and ACS system by geothermal energy, offering underfloor heating, and an ideal and stable temperature in its interiors suitable for the different seasons of the year.
Inside the house there is a spacious living room, where you can share the dining area, reading area and TV area, with WiFi, together with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The house has 6 bedrooms, with double bed of 105, and private bathroom included in each of them, as well as sheets and towels for each person. Each room has a design that defines them and makes them different.
Outside the house we can enjoy a large porch, overlooking the reservoir, which allows us to attend one of the magical moments of the day, the sunset. Accompanied by this, there is a large outdoor area with large tables, a beach bar with music system, barbecue, sand pool, shower and outdoor bathroom. There are also sun loungers, parasols and pool towels. In addition, the house has direct access to the reservoir, where we find the private ramp, allowing us to enjoy our kayaks and paddle surf boards. A short distance away we can also find paddle courts.
Each of the spaces and corners is beautiful. The environment is unique and pure, and the house has been cared for in every detail. In short, it is a unique and magical place, perfect to disconnect and find peace from pure nature.

PAYMENTS, RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment can be made by POS, bank transfer or in person. To make the reservation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid, the rest to be paid on the day of arrival. No refunds are allowed for cancellations madre less than 1 month in advance.

6 extra beds for children under 16 (20€ per bed per night)

HOUSES RULES
No smoking inside the house.
No parties or stag and hen parties. No loud music after 00:00h. The house is created for a quiet atmosphere.
Do not bring animals. We love them, but we have taken care of everything so much, that we want to avoid misunderstandings with attitudes or care that cannot be controlled by them.
We take care of the abusive use of electricity and water, and keep the environment clean and use the litter bins. The house is environmentally friendly.
In short, have the same behaviour as you would have with your own home, every detail has been taken care of for the enjoyment of everyone.

It is one of the areas of Extremadura that belongs to the list of wetlands of International importance established in the Ramsar agreement, such as the Tablas de Daimiel.
Three blue flags
Orellana beach is recognised with the Blue Flag, as a symbol of its waters and facilities. It also has the Port Flag and the Blue Trail Flag, the only one of its kind in Spain, in inland waters.

What to visit
We are in a geographical location, which allows us to be less than an hour away from very interesting towns and cities, and of a very important historical value, offering us the opportunity to experience an excursion to remember.
Places and local festivals
- Masatrigo viewpoint, 51 km away. Its viewpoint allows us to contemplate its spectacular marshes.
- Zalamea, 55 km away. Very significant its theatrical work of Pedro Calderon de la Barca, celebrated in mid-August.
- Medellin, 62 km away. Its Roman theatre, medieval castle and 17th century bridge are a marvel.
- Guadalupe, 63 km away. Very beautiful place to visit. It won an award for most beautiful village.
- The encamisá in Navalvillar de Pela, 13 km away. Regional tourism which is held every 16 January.
- Los Rincones de Talarrubias, 37 km away and in mid-August. A very unique festival in Extremadura, combining gastronomy and culture.
- Futurvision, in Orellana la Vieja, 7 km away, held in mid-August. A unique spectacle of music, light and sound.
- Cheese Fair, in Trujillo, 74 km away, at the beginning of May. You can discover the best cheeses in the world, including those from Extremadura.
- The Classical Theatre Festival, in Mérida, 89 km away, held in July and August. A luxury of classical theatre and its city. Along with the Stone and Music, also during the summer months, to enjoy concerts in unique places, such as the Roman Theatre of Mérida.
- The Festival of the Cranes, in Navalvillar de Pela. They have an interpretation centre in the Moheda Alta periurban park, 16 km away, offering an explanatory route dedicated to the crane and the pastureland, and the landscape that extends throughout the area.
The Encamisá or Carrera de San Antón is a popular festival that is celebrated in the Extremaduran town of Navalvillar de Pela (Badajoz) Spain. The festival is considered a Festival of Tourist Interest in Extremadura and is celebrated every January 16, on the eve of San Antón, patron saint of the town.
Since 2004 a peculiar festival has been celebrated, which began as a tribute to immigrants and which over the years has become a cultural reference for the summer not only for Talarrubias, but also for the towns of the region. before the festivities that begin on August 23. The name of "Los Rincones" has emerged spontaneously among people who refer to this event, say in a popular way "let's go to the corners" for which it has been decided to formally call it that. Basically the party consists of opening public and private spaces to the public, which retain a special charm (old stately homes, wineries, grocery stores, cellars, mills, squares and typical corners), and filling these places of artistic manifestations such as exhibitions, music, theater, dances, etc.
Futurvisión Orellana is a fireworks, light and sound show that will be held on Tuesday, August 14 at the auditorium on the Costa Dulce de Orellana beach. A real party for the eve of the 15th of August in one of Extremadura's natural bathing areas, the only one also distinguished with a blue flag for its quality.
The Trujillo National Cheese Fair is an event that has been held the first week of May for 34 years in the Plaza Mayor of Trujillo where tents with stands are installed inside that are occupied by cheesemakers who offer tastings of their cheeses to the public accompanied by stands of wine and beer. Every year about two hundred thousand people attend the fair who enjoy both the cheese and the monumental surroundings of the Plaza de Trujillo.
The International Festival of Classical Theater of Mérida is a classical theater festival that takes place every year in Mérida, Spain, during the months of July and August at the Roman Theater of Mérida. Inaugurated as a meeting and theater contest in 1933, it is considered one of the most important of its kind.

He visitado este fin de semana esta casa rural con mi familia ha sido un verdadero espectáculo.
Por TODO, lugar precioso, la casa es cómoda, con unos muebles escogidos al máximo detalle, y con unos exteriores alucinantes, piscina preciosa, chiringuito increíble y playa privada donde hemos practicado un montón de deportes, entre ellos Kayak.
Volveré muyyy pronto.

Qué maravilla de sitio! Increíble, el cuidado de cada detalle de la casa, la temperatura de las habitaciones y el interior de la vivienda, perfecta con 40º en el exterior. Hemos disfrutado del pantano, haciendo kayak y padel surf.
Mis hijas han estado pescando y hemos hecho rutas corriendo por la zona. Para los amantes de deporte y naturaleza, creo que es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones. Y no digo nada de las puestas de sol, el chiringuito y la barbacoa porque de verdad... babeo solo de recordarlo.

Fin de semana en un paraíso de Extremadura. Un rincón de Extremadura al que se tiene que ir..en familia... con amigos... para descubrir una casa en un entorno indescriptible y mágico... cada rincón... las estancias... las vistas... las puestas de sol... el olor... la música... para realizar deportes náuticos... pescar... pasear... Muy cerca de Mérida... (nuestra pequeña "Roma... en España)... no he podido disfrutar más! Hemos estado estado 12 personas (incluyendo 4 niños)... y para ellos ha sido una experiencia... mis hijos decían "que no se acabe el día mamá)... En propietario el anfitrión con una excelencia exquisita que hace sentirte como en "casa"... VOLVEREMOS... Encantos de Orellana nos ha dejado huella.
